2. Booking & Payment

2.1 Booking Process

• All bookings must be made in advance via our website, phone, or email.
• A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking.

2.2 Payment Terms

• Payments can be made via credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, and Razorpay.
• Full payment or an advance is required before the service begins.
• Any remaining balance must be cleared before final delivery.

2.3 Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations before 48 hours: Full refund.
• Cancellations within 48 hours: 50% refund.
• Cancellations on the service day: No refund.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days.

• ✔ Provide accurate & complete information about your relocation.
• ✔ Ensure your items are packed securely (if not using our packing service).
• ✔ Be present or assign a representative during pickup & delivery.
• ✔ Not include prohibited items (flammables, explosives, illegal substances, etc.).

4. Liability & Insurance

4.1 Limited Liability

• We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by natural disasters, accidents, or third-party interference.
• Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

4.2 Transit Insurance

• We offer optional insurance for added protection.
• In case of loss/damage, claims should be filed directly with the insurance provider.

• 🚫 Hazardous chemicals & flammable items
• 🚫 Liquor, narcotics, or illegal substances
• 🚫 Perishable goods & live animals (without prior approval)

Failure to disclose such items may result in penalties or legal action.
